PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what AI Soul Map collects when you browse our independent AI product directory, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Effective and last updated: August 24, 2026
1. Scope and who is responsible
This policy applies to aisoulmap.com and the pages we operate under that domain (the “Service”). AI Soul Map’s operator is responsible for the limited personal data described below. It does not cover the AI products, app stores, social networks, or other websites to which we link; those services apply their own privacy policies.
2. Information we process
We do not currently offer user accounts, accept payments, or ask you to submit conversations, health information, a date of birth, or other profile data.
Our hosting and security systems may process ordinary technical records such as IP address, request time, requested URL, referrer, browser or device information, response status, and security events. If you email us, we process your address, message, and any information you choose to include.
- Adult-access confirmation: a necessary HTTP-only cookie records only that you confirmed you are of legal age. It expires after no more than 180 days.
- Language and interface preferences may be inferred from the URL or browser request.
- Catalog records describe publicly available products and companies, not visitors to the Service.
3. Cookies and similar storage
We currently use only storage needed to operate requested features, including the adult-access confirmation cookie. It is not advertising, analytics, or proof-of-age technology and does not contain your birth date. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy and request consent where the law requires it.
- Cookie name: aisoulmap_adult_access
- Purpose: remember an adult-access confirmation
- Duration: up to 180 days
- Controls: decline the gate or remove the cookie through your browser settings
4. Why we use information
We process the limited information above to deliver pages, remember a requested setting, secure and troubleshoot the Service, respond to messages, understand aggregate reliability, establish or defend legal claims, and comply with law. Depending on where you live, the legal basis may be our legitimate interests in operating a secure directory, steps taken at your request, consent where required, or compliance with legal obligations.
5. When information is shared
We may share information with infrastructure, hosting, content-delivery, security, and email providers that process it for us; with professional advisers; or with authorities when legally required. We may also transfer relevant records as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. External links and affiliate links
Product profiles may link to vendors, app stores, social platforms, or affiliate destinations. Opening those links sends a request to the destination and may reveal ordinary referral and device information to it. A vendor may then collect information under its own terms. Affiliate relationships do not give us access to your private chats with a listed product. Read our Affiliate Disclosure for more detail.
7. Retention
We keep technical and security logs only as long as reasonably necessary for operations, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and dispute handling, then delete or de-identify them. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to answer the request and maintain appropriate business records. The adult-access cookie expires within 180 days unless you remove it sooner. Specific periods may vary where a provider or law requires a different period.
8. International processing
Our providers and readers may be located in different countries. Information may therefore be processed outside your country, where privacy laws may differ. Where required, we use an approved transfer mechanism or another lawful safeguard.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information we process. No Internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; to withdraw consent; and to complain to a privacy regulator. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where law permits or requires it. You will not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
11. Children and adult content
The general directory is not directed to children under 13, and the adult section is limited to people who have reached both age 18 and the legal age for adult content where they live. The gate is a declaration, not identity or age verification. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the Service, providers, or law changes. We will change the date above and provide additional notice when required. Questions and rights requests can be sent to the email below.
