1. Acceptance

By accessing or using aisoulmap.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Eligibility and adult areas

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required to use an online service where you live. Adult sections and adult product profiles are available only if you are at least 18 and have reached the legal age for adult content in your country or region.

The adult gate relies on your declaration and is not identity or age-verification technology. Do not enter an adult area if adult content is prohibited where you live or if you do not meet both age requirements. Never use the Service to facilitate exploitation, abuse, non-consensual sexual content, or sexual content involving minors.

3. What the Service provides

AI Soul Map publishes editorial profiles, classifications, comparisons, links, and recommendations based on research available at the stated review date. It is a directory and publication, not an AI companion provider, app store, marketplace, broker, reseller, or representative of a listed product. Inclusion is not certification, endorsement, or a guarantee of safety, legality, availability, price, or performance.

Products change frequently. Although we aim to identify sources and distinguish vendor claims from editorial judgment, information may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Verify important details directly with the product provider before acting.

4. Editorial independence and commercial relationships

Ordering, labels, recommendations, and commentary reflect our editorial methodology and may involve judgment. A product cannot buy favorable treatment. 5. Health, crisis, legal, and financial limitations

The Service does not provide medical, mental-health, crisis, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Product descriptions and safety observations are informational and are not clinical assessments. AI systems can produce inaccurate, harmful, or inappropriate output. Do not rely on this Service or a listed AI product for an emergency, diagnosis, treatment, or a decision requiring a qualified professional. In an emergency or if someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service.

6. Third-party products and links

Listed products and external destinations are operated by third parties under their own terms, privacy practices, age rules, pricing, and content standards. We do not control their output, subscriptions, billing, moderation, data use, availability, or disputes. A transaction or relationship is solely between you and that provider. Review its current policies before sharing sensitive information or paying.

7. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for personal or internal informational purposes. You must not:

• break applicable law or infringe another person’s rights;
• bypass or defeat the adult gate or other security and access controls;
• scrape, crawl, copy, or harvest the Service at a volume that burdens systems or ignores technical restrictions;
• introduce malware, probe vulnerabilities, interfere with operation, or attempt unauthorized access;
• misrepresent affiliation with AI Soul Map, manipulate recommendations, or use the Service for deceptive promotion;
• reproduce, republish, or create a competing database from a substantial part of our editorial content except where law permits it.

8. Intellectual property and feedback

The Service’s original writing, design, organization, editorial presentation, and software are owned by AI Soul Map or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Product names, logos, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners and are used for identification or editorial reference. No ownership in those marks is claimed. If you send suggestions or corrections, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment, while you retain ownership of any rights you already hold.

9. Copyright and correction requests

If you believe content infringes your rights or materially misstates a product, email us with the URL, the specific material, your basis for the request, supporting evidence, and contact details. We may request verification and may correct, restrict, or remove material at our discretion or as law requires.

10. Suspension and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or operations. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Soul Map and its operator, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity; or harm arising from a listed product, external link, AI output, or your reliance on directory information. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the preceding 12 months or USD 100. Mandatory consumer protections and liability that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

13. Governing rules and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the AI Soul Map operator, without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Courts and venue will be determined under applicable conflict-of-law, jurisdiction, and consumer rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us and allow 30 days to try to resolve it informally, unless urgent relief or law permits otherwise.

14. General and contact

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the Service.
